MIMS Tech Corp is a software company founded in Doral, Florida in 2022. We build MIMS: a suite of business products designed to work as one system instead of four disconnected tools. We work with growing companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and shared inboxes, but don't want the cost, the rigidity or the long implementations of traditional enterprise software. When the right product doesn't exist yet, we build it — custom development is part of what we do, not an exception to it.

MIMS Tech Corp is founded
The company is incorporated in Florida in December 2022, in Doral, with a simple premise: growing businesses deserve connected software, not one more disconnected tool.
- 2023
From idea to first product
Early work with local businesses defines the core of what becomes MIMS ERP: one workspace for operations, teams and reporting.
- 2024
Formal foundations
The company completes its federal registration and regulatory filings, putting in place the structure required to operate, hire and contract at scale.
- 2025
The suite takes shape
MIMS Notary, MIMS Legal and MIMS Marketing join the roadmap, each built on the shared foundation of the ecosystem.

We're working toward assistance that spans the whole ecosystem: an assistant that understands the context of your operation across ERP, notary, legal and marketing, and can prepare an entire piece of work for a person to review and approve. We'll announce these capabilities when they're ready — not before.
